Cancelation and Refund Policy

You can cancel your profile or subscription at any given point of time. You will not be charged further if the subscription is canceled from your end.

You may ask for a refund at any time for any funds that you have paid Book My Face. If the refund is requested within 7 days of payment then we can initiate the refund request and we can transfer refund within 4 to 7 business working days.

Our team will evaluate the refund request and Book My Face team will be responsible to approve or reject the refund request based on the refund scenario. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Refund will be processed in 7 Working days Refund may take 4-7 Days, the refund will be initiated by the original payment method.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
